SA Festival Competition Terms & Conditions

Bring a Local

  1. The Bring a Local Competition is open to all ticket-holding attendees of the SA Festival – Isle of Unity.
  2. A “local” is defined as any non-South African attendee.
  3. Each South African festivalgoer who brings along a local friend will have both names entered into the prize draw.
  4. Local attendees without a South African companion will automatically be entered once.
  5. Only one entry per person will be counted.
  6. The prize is a £65 Silverspoonrings voucher. No cash alternative will be offered.
  7. The winner will be drawn and announced inside the main marquee during the afternoon programme (time TBC).
  8. In the event that the winner is not present, they will be contacted telephonically to claim their prize.
  9. By entering, participants agree to have their names announced publicly at the festival.

Selfie Competition

  1. The competition is open to all ticket-holding attendees of the SA Festival – Isle of Unity.
  2. The prize is a hamper of products from the Local is Lekker Market.
  3. To enter, take a selfie in the Connection Zone and post it on Facebook or Instagram, tagging @islesettle and using the hashtag #connectionzone.
  4. Multiple entries are welcome – each tagged post counts as a separate entry.
  5. Only posts made on the day of the festival (Saturday, 6 September 2025) before 15:00 will be eligible.
  6. The prize draw will take place at 15:30 inside the main marquee.
  7. In the event that the winner is not present, they will be contacted telephonically to claim their prize.
  8. By entering, participants consent to their posts being reshared by Isle Settle on official festival social media channels.
  9. The organisers’ decision is final. No cash alternative will be offered.

Find Your Tribe – Join a Club Competition

  1. The competition is open to all ticket-holding attendees of the SA Festival – Isle of Unity.
  2. To enter, simply scan the Join a Club poster and join one of the WhatsApp community clubs (e.g. walking, rugby, books, watersports).
  3. All new members who join a club on the day of the festival, up until 15:00, will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
  4. The prize draw will take place at 15:30 inside the main marquee.
  5. The winner will receive a bespoke cake from Oh Sugar IOM.
  6. If the winner is not present at the draw, they will be contacted telephonically using the number they joined the club with.
  7. By joining a club, participants agree to receive updates and notifications about future meetups and activities for their chosen club.
  8. One entry per person (joining multiple clubs does not create multiple entries).
  9. The organisers’ decision is final. No cash alternative will be offered.
